1) Tomate- rich in lycopene, removes free radicals from the body.
2) Gengibre- is delight with sushi, rich in vitamin C, B6 and bactericidal action
3) Salmon- contains omega3 that is essential in the body's immunity
4) Citrus fruits like orange, cherry, kiwi, broccoli, green and red peppers are rich in vitamin C, an antioxidant that increases the body's resistance.
